服部君(D1)の論文Identification of vanilloid compounds in the Grains of Paradise and their effects on sympathetic nerve activityがJournal of the Science of Food and Agricultureに掲載が受理されました。

アフリカ産香辛料のGrains of Paradiseに含まれるバニロイド化合物がマウスの脂質代謝を改善し、ラットの交感神経活動を抑制するということを発見した論文です。
