The effect of utilizing high-energy X-rays for macromolecular crystallography of a radiation-sensitive metal enzyme was investigated. The resultant structure was evaluated in combination with visible absorption spectroscopic data. No explicit energy dependence of radiation damage was found in the range from 10 to 30 keV.[LINK]
