From Airport and Stations

Train: FromCentral Japan International Airport (Centrair, NGO) the Central Japan International Airport (Centrair, NGO), take the train to Meitetsu Gifu station, either the Airport Limited Express train or the Rapid Limited Express train ("μ‐SKY"), which provides direct service from the airport to the Meitetsu Gifu station (via the Meitetsu Nagoya Main Line). The "μ=SKY" is the fastest and most convenient way to access Gifu city by train from the airport. Under normal conditions, it will take about one hour, and the fare is 1700 yen (1340 yen + μ-ticket of 360 yen).

From JR Nagoya station, take the train to JR Gifu station via the Tokaido Main Line (about 20 minutes).

From Meitetsu Nagoya station, take the train to Meitetsu Gifu station via the Meitetsu Nagoya Main Line (about 30 minutes).

Bus: From JR Gifu station or Meitetsu Gifu station, take the bus to Gifu University. There are bus stops in front of the north exit of JR Gifu station and near the Meitetsu Gifu station. Take the "Gifu University Campus Line" or "Gifu University Hospital Line", and get off the bus at "Gifu University (Gifu Daigaku)" (about 30 minutes, 320 yen)

Taxi: You can get a taxi from JR Gifu station (about 20 minutes, 2500 yen) or from Meitetsu Gifu station (about 20 minutes, 2500 yen).

By car -

From Gifu-hashima I.C., about 40 minutes (15 km).
From Ichinomiya I.C., about 50 minutes (25 km).
From Gifu-Kagamihara I.C., about 40 minutes (20 km).
You can also exit from Ichinomiya-Kisogawa I.C.
