J Biochem, 161(4):369-379, 2017/04 [PubMed] 可溶型(プロ)レニン受容体は慢性腎臓病、妊娠高血圧、妊娠糖尿病、膵臓がんなどの疾病で血中濃度が上昇することが報告されており、これら疾病のバイオマーカー候補として近年、注目されています。本研究では、可溶型受容体が膜結合型受容体からsite-1 proteaseとfurinによる段階的プロセシングを経て作られることを明らかにしました。本研究で得られた知見は、これら疾病の病因・病態の解明につながると期待されます。
